Beginning his professional journey in local law enforcement, Jack's strategic thinking and dedication led him to roles in corporate settings. He served as a Division Director with Union Pacific and Norfolk Southern Railroad Police Departments, where he was responsible for devising and implementing strategies that greatly improved freight and public transportation security, particularly in the Midwestern US.

Jack's shift from law enforcement to corporate policing demonstrates his adaptability and forward-thinking approach. His unique ability to integrate these two sectors has brought fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to corporate security.
